Project Background

A new secondary school in Singapore is under construction, requiring the installation of classroom walls and column caps using fiber cement panels. The project required an adhesive that was not only strong but also capable of providing consistent adhesion to areas of varying shapes and sizes, including around the column structure.

 

Application of JOE Joint Bonding Adhesive

• Application: Installation of fiber cement panels for classroom walls, corridor walls, and column caps.

• Method: JOE Joint Bonding Adhesive was applied as the primary adhesive to join the fiber cement panels. For the column cap areas, the adhesive was used to form a strong bond and fill small gaps, ensuring a flat and solid surface before finishing.

• Volume: Approximately 950 m² of walls and column caps.
